At Storeplex, we value our customers and believe great experiences are worth sharing. Our referral program rewards customers who refer new business to us with a $100 gift card for every referral that leads to a closed transaction.

How It Works

• Refer a Friend or Business: Share Storeplex.ca with your friends, family, or colleagues.
• New Customer Signs Up: Your referral must be submitted through our website form. Click on the referral form link to submit.
• Transaction is Completed: Once your referral successfully closes a new rental or purchase with Storeplex.ca, you qualify for the reward.
• Receive Your Reward: We’ll send you a $100 gift card through your email, as a token of our appreciation.
• Your friends get benefits too: They will get a $50 rebate on their first month rental.

Eligibility

• The program is open to existing Storeplex.ca customers and a select group of influencers.
• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously engaged with Storeplex.ca.
• To qualify, the referred customer must close a business transaction with Storeplex.ca within 5 days of the referral submission.

Terms and Conditions

• Referral Submission: The referred customer must provide your name and contact information during their initial inquiry or registration. Referrals submitted after the transaction is completed will not qualify.
• Reward Details: Gift cards will be delivered via email within 7 calendar days after the referred customer closes their first transaction.
• Program Limits:
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
  • Each referral is eligible for one $100 gift card, regardless of the size of the transaction, only for closed business.
• Non-Eligibility: Employees of Storeplex.ca, their immediate families, and business partners are not eligible for this program.
• Fraud Prevention: Storeplex.ca reserves the right to withhold rewards if fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.
• Program Changes: Storeplex.ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Referrer’s Information:
  • Your Full Name: Enter your complete name.
  • Your Email Address: Provide a valid email for correspondence.
  • Your Phone Number: Include a contact number for follow-up.
• Referral Contact’s Information:
  • Person you are referring Full Name: Input the name of the individual being referred.
  • Person you are referring Email Address: Enter the referral's email address.
  • Person you are referring Phone Number: Provide the referral’s contact number.

Submitting the Referral

After completing the form:

• Review: Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Consent: Confirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions to share the referral's contact information.
• Submit: Click the 'Submit' button to send the referral to our team.

Confirmation and Follow-Up

Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the referral. Our team will review the information and may contact you or the referred individual for further details if necessary.
